Deep Dive | A 3-Hour Coaching Session
+ A Deep Dive Session is three total hours with two 10-minute breaks built-in; via Zoom
+ Work we can do together is everything from future visioning, systems & structures, habit planning, and even team development for organizations
+ Using my leadership experience, yoga teacher training, and life coach certification, I will work with you to create a holistic path forward

+ My hourly rate for life coaching & leadership development is $400 an hour and must be purchased in 3-Hour increments
